A half yard of fabric, two rows of stitches, some elastic — and you have a back-to-school skirt.  Love these fabrics: Echino Bird & Berry, Kokka Red Riding Hood,and Alexander Henry’s Tillbrook border.  I also embroidered some plain tees to go with these.
