OH this is totally a cool costume for an adult. After this year, I am swearing off every buying a costume again. Although, when my kid gets bigger, he might not like that too much.

Thanks so much for this idea. I made this for our 2 year old daughter for halloween a week ago. Here’s how it turned out:

I added some feathers to the face mask and made a headband with the feathers as well (sorry, it didn’t show up in this photo). For the mask I found the perfect, yellow tinted round sunglasses.
She even won best costume at the library, and got tons of compliments at “boo at the zoo”.
My mom made this for my son, but he doesn’t like masks so she put the face on a cap.
