Exciting news! If you listened to my podcast over on Papernstitch this past week, then you may have heard about my new venture into fabric design. I’m thrilled that Moda will be producing my Quilt Blocks fabric collection. I just got the strike-offs and I’m so excited to see my designs on fabric. The collection of quilting-weight cotton will be introduced at Fall Quilt Market and should hit stores some time in early 2012.
The designs are obviously inspired by the patterns of quilts that I love so much, but with a bright, modern feel. And I think many of them will work really well to make quilts! I’ll show you more of the designs soon. I cannot wait to see what you all make with this fabric.
