Reversible headbands — again. You’ll be getting some re-runs this summer. I just made some more of these yesterday. Interesting that I made headbands at the exact time last year. Maybe I should just get a haircut.
Find my tutorial and template here.
I’m still using bits and pieces of this Liberty print (in a different colorway) that I love so much. It reverses to a plain cotton/linen blend.
My 5 year old daughter has been asking me to make her some headbands for a while now, now I have a tutorial & pattern. Guess this means a trip to the fabric store!
Thanks – these look perfect for my girls!
Thanks for the great tutorial, I will definitely be make this for my little cousins birthday!
I love reruns! It’s been less than a year since I discovered craft blogs, and I love when my favorite blogs take a look back. Thanks tons, I’ll be linking.
This pattern is how I discovered your site last year! I love it and have been making them ever since. I cheat though. I sew the length of the headband and then turn it right side out, re iron it, and sew the outside edges to finish it off.
Nicole’s comment just enlightened me to a much easier way to sew these headbands! Yes, sew them right sides together and then turn out. Much, much easier and will give you a neater result.
I love the fabric and the headband!
I love Poppy and Daisy! Found this while browsing looking at Liberty of London fabric online. Love the headband!
Very good site thank you so much for your time in publishing the posts for all of us to learn about.
